It's just not physical.

  1. Yes, all of the physical brands of yoga is cool; provides relief & keeps our emotional health in top form, but the benefits become outweighed over time.

  2. When stress relief becomes the focus, the practice allows you to perpetuate a harmful lifestyle, it's not enough to reduce the mental garbage we collect daily.

  3. ​If your relationship with your soul is not cultivated through deeper internal practices, the physical postures will just serve to glorify your body.
